  • Debug logging?

    I /think/ there was a way to enable debug logging does anyone know / remember how to do that?
    Got a strange issue where after I hit CTRL-Z to save a message the BBS drops my
    connection.
    Newest git pull as of this morning, However I have modified the strings file and the ansi files for the editor (All looks okay). Just throwing it all out there.

    That is strange. There's no debug logging, that was something I added to
    Titan, but haven't got anything like it in Magicka.

    Newest git pull as of this morning, However I have modified the
    strings file and the ansi files for the editor (All looks okay).
    Just throwing it all out there.

    Can you try switching the strings file for the one in dist and seeing if
    it still does it?

    Still does it. Using the factory one. Maybe I need to try again from
    scratch? I did copy over the config files and modify them but they
    seem to work... everything except saving a message.

    Don't spend time on this man, if I'm the only one it's obviously an
    issue here so I'll start over.

    Hmm, what about if you try saving a message with the line-by-line editor?

    I'm thinking it could be a permissions thing on the message bases? (Just
    a stab in the dark really).

    Otherwise, you could tar up you entire Magicka folder and send it to me
    via email or something and I can run it through a debugger.

    Hrmmm, maybe yes. I'll check that!

    I'll check the permissions first and see if that's it, if not I'll zip
    it up and throw it on my website for you. (Link via email) Give me a
    day or two and I'll get it done.
